What is the free athlete assessment?
A free, in-person session (30 min) where you meet with a coach, talk through your goals, and run baseline testing on your speed and power.
It begins with a detailed Athletic Performance Assessment to measure strengths and build a personalized action plan. You’ll meet the coaches, experience the environment, and leave with clear next steps.
