This program is designed for youth athletes (5th–8th grade) looking to build a strong foundation in speed, power, and strength. We focus on movement, coordination, and confidence while helping athletes get faster and more explosive in a structured, high-energy environment.

Every athlete starts with a free assessment to baseline speed and power. Training sessions focus on speed work, jumping, and strength in a structured group setting. We track progress over time so athletes can see real improvement.
